Senior Designer
We’re looking for a senior designer to help provide the best user experience possible for our customers.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- A genuine passion for designing beautiful, polished interfaces.
- Solid experience with iterative design – you can quickly mockup various interface solutions (sketches, Photoshop mockups or HTML prototypes) to a single problem and evaluate the most effective approach.
- Sensitivity to typography and color – you know when things just “look right”.
Bonus Level
- Experience writing good copy to make the complex sound simple.
- Good knowledge of modern web standards, JavaScript libraries and AJAX.
- Demonstrable experience in web application design that shows strong knowledge of user interface principles is a big plus.

Web Developer
Web Developer is responsible for the look and feel of the end product. Beyond the obvious characteristics, detail-oriented and extraordinarily passionate about problem-solving, we are looking for Web Developers who are hands-on, natural leaders and will push to improve each project.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Experience in hand-coding XHTML pages
- Extensive knowledge of CSS
- Several years of commercial development experience
- JavaScript library such as Prototype, Dojo or similar
- A server side scripting language such as PHP, ASP, JSP, Ruby, Python (incl. OOP design patterns)
